My Mission

My mission is simple and it is that I exist to glorify God by serving businesses, ministries and entrepreneurs globally through consulting and coaching- and thereby producing world-class customer service and life-changing experiences. 
I recognized my purpose through the collective journey of my life and that it consisted of serving people either through the 10 plus years of being a Sr. Pastor at WCC-Charlotte or the 20 plus years in the customer experience and service industry. My focus has always been to see excellence in every interaction which ultimately honors God.

Who I Am

​

I am, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus Christ.
I’ve been blessed to be a husband to my incredible wife, Troyanna, for over 18 years, and together we’re raising four amazing children — Tyler, Taylor, Aiden, and Addison.

​

I am a Business Consultant, Customer Experience Expert & Strategist, Speaker, and the Founder of Billionaire Enterprises — a consulting firm committed to helping organizations turn service into their strongest asset.

I also serve as CEO of Melvin Shaw Ministries (501c3), and I’m an Ordained Minister with a passion for seeing people encounter God’s love in every sphere of life.

In addition, I am the Founder of Armor Up Sports, a youth outreach sports league that builds faith, character, and community through athletics.

Previously, I served as Overseer & Co-Senior Pastor of World Changers Church Charlotte from 2010 to 2020, leading with a heart for people and a vision for Kingdom impact.

I’m also the author of two books — Reigning in Life and The Experience Advantage — both deeply rooted in faith and purpose-driven leadership.

At my core, I believe true greatness is found in serving others. Everything I do, whether in business, ministry, or family, flows from that belief.

My Belief

​

​My faith is founded on the person of Jesus Christ. I believe that God created us to reflect His nature to those who do not know Him and to build systems that serve those in need.

 

Having served as a Senior Pastor and in the corporate world, my passion is to reflect Jesus in every interaction, everywhere. I believe that true greatness is found in serving others, for the greatest among us is the servant of all.
